Rhipsalis – Capilliformis

Rhipsalis Capilliformis

Rhipsalis Capilliformis is a delicate and unusual epiphytic cactus, loved for its incredibly fine, hair-like green stems and graceful cascading growth. As the plant matures, it develops into a beautifully full, flowing specimen with masses of slender branches that create an eye-catching waterfall effect.

This charming Rhipsalis is perfect for hanging baskets, allowing its long, trailing stems to spill naturally over the sides. Small, delicate white to greenish-white flowers can appear along the stems, adding an extra touch of beauty to this already fascinating plant.

Rhipsalis Capilliformis enjoys bright, filtered light or partial shade and a well-drained growing medium. As an epiphytic cactus, it appreciates good humidity and regular but moderate watering, allowing excess water to drain away.

A wonderful addition to any Rhipsalis collection, Rhipsalis Capilliformis is an elegant and easy-to-grow plant that brings texture, movement and a lush tropical feel to your home or garden.
