We will only send you marketing emails, newsletters or promotional communications if you have explicitly opted in to receive them. In line with Section 69 of POPIA, we will not send unsolicited electronic marketing communications.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your ability to receive transactional emails related to your orders.


7. How long we keep your information (Retention)

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. In general:

  • Order records — kept for a minimum of 5 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes
  • Account information — kept for as long as your account is active; you may request deletion at any time
  • Marketing consent records — kept for as long as you remain on our mailing list, plus a reasonable period thereafter

When your personal information is no longer required, we will delete or anonymise it securely.
